About Greg Ordeneaux
 As your Commissioner I
will bring to the office, leadership, proven
performance, and continued community support, while
preserving our rich history. I have spent most of my
life raising a family, building a business, and
working for my community. All three have been
successful. Carolyn, my wife of 36 years, and I have
been very blessed in Fort Bend County. With our two
children grown, and the pending sale of my business,
I am prepared to devote my attention to the
challenges of being your Commissioner. We have
enjoyed giving back with support of numerous groups
over the years. With the encouragement of so many it
is now time to focus full time on insuring Fort Bend
County’s continued success.
After my service in the Navy and graduation from
Texas A&M I worked for several years before starting
my own business. For the past 21 years Tax Tech Inc.
has grown, prospered and enjoyed success. I am
pleased that Esther Flores, who has worked with me
for all these years, has agreed to purchase the
business and will now experience the American dream
of business ownership. My business model of prudent
cost effective management coupled with courteous
service will go with me to the Commissioner’s
office.
Leadership roles with numerous groups over the years
have opened my eyes to the needs of our County.
Helping those in need, preserving our past and
preparing for the future; drive my desire to become
a voice for everyone in Fort Bend County. Our future
requires us to examine the way government is doing
business. With your input and an open mind I will
fight for what is working and constantly search for
a more efficient way to provide services.
